Sir Francourt "Babbs" Babberly gets drafted by his old school chums Charley and Jack to pose as Charley's Aunt, a rich widow, to chaperon a meeting between the boys and their sweethearts, Amy and Kitty. Things get even more silly as Babbs is soon being hounded by suitors interested in the aunt's considerable fortune.
